There are many servers at wcoil. They perform a varity of functions ranging from holding web pages to doing name look-ups for browsing to checking on the health of the network.

All the servers here have at least 1 other server that performs the same function and a third which can perform the function if necessary. This provides redundancy so that if one machine fails, another one can take over in its place.
