SCREENSHOT INSTRUCTIONS:

Open Outlook 2003 as you normally would to check your email

To get started simply click on Tools and Email Accounts

Now make sure that there is a dot next to View or change an existing email account
And click Next

Now select the account an click Change...

On this screen look in the outgoing mail server (SMTP): field
and if it says pop3.wcoil.com delete that and type in smtp.wcoil.com
NOTE: ONLY TYPE IN smtp.wcoil.com IN OUTGOING MAIL SERVER (SMTP) FIELD
Now click on the More Settings button

Now you want to click on the Outgoing Server tab

Make sure that My outgoing server (SMTP) requires
authentication is checked and that Use same settings as my
incoming mail server has a dot next to it
and then you are done and you can click on Ok
